Everything has been great until it wasn’t. I’m so frustrated with this order, which doesn’t match what I requested. Also, for some reason the price was twice as much as I was originally quoted. I had to fly out of town for a funeral and wasn’t in touch for a week due to the emergency and suddenly everything had to be resubmitted and the price and quantity was not even close to the first estimate. Now Vickey hasn’t responded for over a week. I don’t know how I went from receiving outstanding service to this, I haven’t a clue. I had to go to another company because of the lack of response. I’m hate to score this low but it reflects the declined customer service from outstanding to marginal at best.
Granted my orders are not in the hundreds like some but I was definitely a repeat customer, very sad!
